These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jay99 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at jay99.cc. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use any service on the Platform. jay99 takes its age-verification obligations seriously. By creating an Account, you expressly warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account on the jay99 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a serious breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and must update your Account details promptly should any information change. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.4 Verification. jay99 may at any time, and in particular before processing any withdrawal, require you to submit Verification Documents to confirm your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time will result in the suspension of your Account pending resolution.

3.5 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is primarily designed for and targeted at players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. jay99 accepts no liability for any use of the Platform that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Management

4.1 You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your Account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person.

4.2 jay99 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from jay99 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

4.3 You must notify jay99 without delay if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. jay99 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.4 jay99 reserves the right to suspend or close an Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of this Agreement, or regulatory obligation. In such cases, jay99 will endeavour to notify you of the action taken and the reason for it.

4.5 You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the jay99 support team at [email protected]. Any pending bets will be settled according to the applicable betting rules before the account is closed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jay99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and jay99 reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 jay99 offers a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 for new players, subject to the terms of the specific promotion active at the time of registration. Bonus terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates — are stated on the relevant promotion page and form part of this Agreement.

6.2 Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of jay99. jay99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6.3 A player may only claim each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times — including via duplicate accounts — constitute fraud and will result in all associated accounts being terminated and balances forfeited.

6.4 Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the stated wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus-derived winnings are not withdrawable.

6.5 jay99 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings from a player's Account if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that the bonus was claimed fraudulently, through exploitation of an error, or in breach of these terms.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 All bets placed on jay99 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market, which are available within the sports betting section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant rules.

7.2 Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. jay99 will settle all bets according to the official results of the relevant event, as determined by the recognised governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football).

7.3 In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that results in an incorrectly accepted bet, jay99 reserves the right to void the bet and return the staked amount to the player's Account.

7.5 Odds displayed on jay99 are subject to change up to the moment the bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time the bet is accepted by the Platform.

11.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
